  4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  6. To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  7. To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. To claim compensation for damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

6. Application and Contact Method

In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your requests to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller:

  • By Email: By sending an email to info@emirpark.com using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
  • In Writing: By delivering your wet-signed petition in person along with identity verification documents, or sending it via notary public to our corporate address.

Note: Your application must legally include your full name, Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreign nationals), physical notification address, subject of the request, and signature. Your request will be finalized free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
